Our architecture is largely inspired by the modern and minimal coastal homes in Australia, bringing in the design expertise of the country that is almost entirely built around sprawling coasts.

Our minimal exteriors make use of linear designs, subtle arches and modern shingles for gabled roofs. On the inside, the fluid floor plans merge seamlessly with our spacious outdoor pools and sit outs, to craft picturesque, sociable spaces. We make deliberate use of floor-to-ceiling windows to maximise air and natural light and forge a connection with nature. This is made deeper through carefully chosen tropical foliage that surround our homes. The resulting homes stand out visually, while simultaneously embracing comfort to inspire a hedonistic lifestyle.
